Our Values

Mediation is a path of wisdom towards a solution

Are you facing an untenable situation? Has communication between you and your environment completely broken down? You don't know how to restore it? Mediation and mentoring can help you address this situation with support and a listening ear:

Mediation and mentoring are, above all, methods of crisis resolution.

The mediator or mentor maintains neutrality, conceptualizes ideas and reveals the structure of the conflict in order to clarify the situation.

In these interventions, the human being, his fears, his need for respect and dignity are the foundation of all exchange.

The beauty of mediation lies in the encounter, the journey toward easing the conflict, the moment of tipping point where the participant(s) are, for a moment, in the other's chair and understand them. The participants' dignity is restored at that moment.

Example: Someone contacts us. During this initial exchange, they present their point of view; we only have the facts and feelings of one of the two parties.

The crucial point is the shock he expresses, the injustice he feels.

In this support, the structure of the conflict is a powerful means that we implement to smooth out this shock.

Then there is the face-to-face with the other party and the exchange of points of view.

Our ethics

Mediation and mentoring is a position, that of a third party in a conflict.

impartiality

The mediator or mentor has a position, that of a third party in a conflict.

Impartial, the mediator remains loyal to his independence and neutrality with regard to the situation and its participants.

Meeting you and listening to you are the essence of success.

Your expression and that of the other participants allow us to understand the dimension of the conflict.

confidentiality

The mediator does not disclose or transmit the content of the interviews to anyone, except in the event of a legal obligation or breach of public order. The mediator cannot present to judicial authorities the elements of which he has become aware during his intervention.

Consent

Each participant has an interview with the mediator. During this interview, the rules, framework, and role of each participant are clearly explained to ensure the participant's free and informed consent to the mediation.

From us to you

Listening and patience leads to a solution

Professionally, I've worked in a particularly masculine world since 1984: IT. This has made me aware of the work process and its participants. That everyone is a person, more than a man.

At the same time, very sensitive to the human, social and legal aspects, I became involved as an IRP (Staff Representative Body) in 1992. This position I held in the company that generated the CDR (Crédit Lyonnais construction consortium) which, between 1990 and 2003, went from 10,000 employees to 83. During this period, the company had 10 CEOs, a failed merger, two takeovers, by two companies, Norwegian and English, then an attempt to take over the company by its employees. During this period, as a union representative, I negotiated the 35-hour week in 2000.

During the period from 1992 to the present day, I also developed my understanding of corporate structure, which I consider a "body" through tax law. As a manager of a range of IT products in group taxation, my tax contacts were primarily tax specialists from very large companies. With them came the principles of group structure, both French and international.

Personally, I express myself through poetry and research human nature using Jung's method. I call upon experts like François Enius to improve my own grounding and achieve a more "French" way of communicating.

This whole journey has led me to question myself all along.

It concluded with a fundamental question: "What place can I take in today's society and how is it possible to participate effectively?"

In mediation, I put these values into practice. It allows me to maintain neutrality, both towards the structure of the "corpus" and towards the humans who make up this corpus.

The Contact A phone call

dialogue is the main thing

Establishing a mediation or mentoring process involves meeting with each participant. An initial approach, which is the essence of success, involves listening and questioning. It allows participants to express the obstacles encountered. The solution lies in accepting the situation and arriving at a resolution.
